After a day of speculation, we finally have a peek inside of Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian's fairy tale wedding.

The couple tied the knot on Thursday night at the Contemporary Arts Center of New Orleans in front of 200 family and friends, including Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Kelly Rowland, Ciara, Anna Wintour and Venus Williams, among others.

The top-secret affair was kept largely off of social media for the first 24 hours, so details of the "Beauty and the Beast"-themed nuptials were scarce. Paparazzi photos from outside the ceremony and reception showed a star-studded crowd -- also including Eva Longoria, LaLa Anthony, Tina Knowles and Caroline Wozniacki -- and inside Serena and Alexis danced their first dance to "Tale As Old As Time." "Be Our Guest" played as guests entered the reception.

On Friday night, though, Vogue published a slew of exclusive pictures and details from the wedding.

Williams' was positively stunning in a strapless Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, which she had flown out to London to have custom-made by the designer. Her hair was in a simple updo and the look featured a chic cape. Ohanian was in a Giorgio Armani tuxedo.

"You are the greatest of all time, not just in sport," Alexis told Serena during the ceremony. "I’m talking about as a mother and as a wife. I am so excited to write so many more chapters of our fairy tale together. And my whole life I didn’t even realize it, but I was waiting for this moment. And everything that I have done, everything that I am so proud of in my career, and in my life, for the last 34 years, pales in comparison to what we’re doing today. And I am so grateful, and I am so in love."

Also on-hand for the ceremony? Two-month-old daughter, Alexis Ohanian Jr., who was carried in by her grandmother, Serena's mother Oracene Price.

For the reception, Serena slipped into a custom, embroidered Versace gown. Last on, she would don yet another Versace look for the after-party, which she paired with bedazzled Nike sneakers.

At the party, New Edition delivered a surprise performance -- as did Tony-winning Broadway star Cynthia Erivo.

During cocktail hour, Kardashian gushed to Vogue about her long-time friend finding true love.

"I’ve known Serena for so long and am so happy she’s found her prince. From the moment she told me she met Alexis in Rome, it was like . . . she’s been so happy and has this light about her that is so special to see," she said. "You just know it is so real. He makes her so happy and that just makes her friends happy."

At the after-party, Alexis had a massive surprise for his new bride -- a curtain unveiled a carousel inside the venue! Guests rode the merry-go-round while Genuwine's "Pony" played.

It was a non-traditional affair, which is exactly what Serena wanted.

"I wanted the whole thing to be as nontraditional as possible,” explained Serena. "We did sofas instead of chairs, with everything facing the aisle instead of the altar."

As for the date, it actually had an incredibly special meaning. Serena and Alexis chose to marry on November 16 as a way to honor his late mother, who died 9 years ago. November 16 was her birthday.

"It is her birthday, and we wanted her to be represented at the wedding,” Serena explained. "Obviously, we wish that she could be here for this, but choosing her birthday as our wedding date was a nice way of making sure she’s still involved and made us feel more connected to her on our day."
