Ne-Yo appeared on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show recently, and he brought two specially selected interns with him, as he discussed his company Compound Entertainment, and his efforts to help the youth break into the music industry.
The interview went smoothly up until co-host Ebony Steele asked the teens what they found most surprising about their experience, while shadowing the R&B star for the week.
