Drake Says 'I Want to Play Obama' -- Say What!

Drake played a pretty convincing wheelchair-bound Canadian high school student (not that we ever saw the show) on 'Degrassi: The Next Generation,' but he's set his sights a little higher for his next role. "I hope somebody makes a movie about Obama's life soon because I could play him," Drake said in a recent interview. "I watch all the addresses. Anytime I see him on TV, I don't change the channel, I definitely pay attention and listen to the inflections of his voice. If you ask anyone who knows me, I'm pretty good at impressions. Slowly but surely, I'm not in the study mode because nobody's called me about anything, but I just pay attention so when the day comes I'm not scrambling to learn how to speak like him. I want to be involved in great film projects. I don't want to do the basketball movie that everyone does. I don't want to do the typical black film that everyone expects. I think that I have enough experience to actually be involved in a real meaty project full of substance." [Paper]

Sarah Palin makes up words, but so did lots of great historical figures...like Shakespeare. In a recent tweet, Palin urged "Peaceful Muslims" to "refudiate" the decision to build a Mosque near Ground Zero, NYC. "Ground Zero Mosque supporters: doesn't it stab you in the heart, as it does ours throughout the heartland? Peaceful Muslims, pls refudiate." When her creative verbage became the subject of a popular trending topic on Twitter, Palin deleted her tweets, then retweeted the same message using actual english, and defended herself in typical fashion.
