On a night when the music world is still reeling from the shocking death of Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse was honored at the Grammys, winning posthumously for her duet with Tony Bennett on 'Body and Soul.'

During the pre-telecast ceremony, Bennett took the stage alongside Winehouse's parents, Mitch and Janis, to a huge round of applause. "We shouldn't be here. Our darling daughter should be here," Mitch said. "But these are the cards that were dealt."

Closing out the touching speech, Mitch added, "Long live Whitney Houston, long live Etta James, long live Amy Winehouse."

The duet, which was featured on Bennett's 'Duets II' album, premiered in September 2011 on what would have been Winehouse's 28th birthday. All proceeds from the sale of the single went to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which aims to help those struggling with substance issues.

When Winehouse died, Bennett was quick to praise her, saying, "She was an extraordinary musician with a rare intuition as a vocalist and I am truly devastated that her exceptional talent has come to such an early end. She was a lovely and intelligent person and when we recorded together she gave a soulful and extraordinary performance. I was honored to have the opportunity to sing with her."
