The Horrible Crowes Get Lost in 'Behold the Hurricane' -- Video Premiere

Gaslight Anthem frontman Brian Fallon has taken a decidedly more reserved, layered approach with his new band, the Horrible Crowes, as opposed to the anthemic rock of his main gig. Alongside Gaslight's guitar tech Ian Perkins, the pair have created 'Elsie,' an album inspired by artists like the National0, the Afghan Whigs and Tom Waits.

Now, the Horrible Crowes are premiering the video for their song 'Behold the Hurricane.' The depressing clip, which was directed by Corin Hardy (Biffy Clyro, Keane), tells the story of a man who's seemingly lost everything he loved.

"This song tells a pretty sad story," Fallon tells Spinner. "I didn't feel right about having two guys wailing away on guitars to tell it. The best guy I know for the alternative, meaning making a film rather than a music video is Corin Hardy. He's just amazing and he captured what the song feels like in this. We present to you a film of a man becoming lost."

'Elsie' is available now from SideOneDummy and the Horrible Crowes will be on tour this fall.
