Crosby, Stills and Nash, Crowded House to Join Paul McCartney at Hard Rock Calling
Crosby, Stills and Nash, Crowded House and Elvis Costello have been confirmed for London's Hard Rock Calling festival in Hyde Park, London. They are being added to the Sir Paul McCartney-headlined bill on Sunday June 27.
Legendary folk musicians and singers David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash will appear second on the bill to the former Beatle. It is their first live show in the UK in 2010. The festival date precedes a short British tour, which includes a two-night stint at London's Royal Albert Hall.
Crowded House, who re-formed a few years ago after splitting in 1996, are also excited to be joining the Hard Rock Calling Sunday bill. New Zealand-born frontman Neil Finn said, "This is a day that I wouldn't want to miss for all the tea in China. I will be hearing songs from the masters McCartney, Crosby, Stills and Nash that I sang as a child and emulated as a teenager, and Elvis, who laid down the gauntlet to all of us as we formed our bands."
Elvis Costello completes the lineup so far for the main stage, one of only a few select live shows the songwriter will make this summer.
Hard Rock Calling 2010 will also see Pearl Jam, Stevie Wonder headline the three-day outdoor festival.
The weekend lineup so far looks like this:

Saturday June 26:
