Just days after John Mayer slammed his ex Taylor Swift in a Rolling Stone interview, the former flames found themselves face-to-face at West Hollywood establishment Tower Bar. Awkward! According to the New York Post, Mayer was dining at the hot spot with a friend when Swift walked in the door and spotted her scorned love.
"Taylor very visibly -- in front of the entire restaurant -- demanded to be moved to the other side," a spy tells the newspaper. "The bar's usually an oasis of calm and privacy for celebrities and power players, but this was drama central."
You can't blame Swift, who has a reputation for being one of the nicest musicians around, for wanting to keep her distance from Mayer. In the above mentioned interview, Mayer claimed Taylor was out of line for penning her diss track "Dear John" -- which is supposedly about him.
"It made me feel terrible," John told the magazine. "Because I didn't deserve it. I'm pretty good at taking accountability now, and I never did anything to deserve that. It was a really lousy thing for her to do." Ouch.
