UPDATE (May 16): Eddie Fisher's girlfriend Loni Rae has spoken with Denver's FOX31 and described the altercation that led to Fisher's arrest as a case of domestic violence. "Things just got out of hand and he snapped ... and my entire cabinets are ripped off from my walls," she said. "I had my feet up against the wall trying not to let him in, and he busted through the door and he pushed me through the cabinets," Rae added.

OneRepublic drummer Eddie Fisher was arrested in Denver, Colo. this morning (May 15) after "flipping out in a destructive rage," according to a TMZ report.

Although the details surrounding the arrest remain cloudy, Edward Ray Fisher was taken in by police in Denver, where he currently resides, for destruction of private property, disturbing the peace and assault.

The 38-year-old percussionist for the Grammy-nominated group is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court tomorrow afternoon.
