Justin Bieber took his new hit "Boyfriend" out for a spin last night (May 9), performing the track live for the first time ever on the Season 2 finale of "The Voice." And you better believe it was "swaggy!"
Bieber's performance of the rap-sung Believe lead single was quite a spectacle. The teen rocked a golden studded leather jacket with matching golden kicks, and payed homage to Michael Jackson with some derivative dance moves -- including the famous crotch grab! He was joined on stage by several scantily clad female backup dancers, tons of bright, flashing lights and a fog machine that just wouldn't quit!
Some YouTube viewers noted that the Biebs had some pitch problems throughout the performance. "He sings off key, especially at the beginning, it's kind of embarrassing to watch," one user commented. "He's definitely no JT, terrible performance so off key!" another said, referring to the recent comparisons between Bieber and Justin Timberlake.
Still, the frantic screams from the audience suggest the performance was nothing short of amazing. Watch it below and decide for yourself! Tweet us your thoughts @aolmusic.
