Lady Gaga is definitely a family-oriented gal. Despite her rapid rise to fame, the pop superstar hasn't lost touch with her roots and often speaks very highly of her family. She's even become a part of Sir Elton John's clan by serving as godmother to his baby boy Zachary.
And as Gaga gets more serious with her boyfriend, 'The Vampire Diaries' star Taylor Kinney, speculation is growing that she is ready to start a family of her own.
Just after the holiday season filled with family and loved ones in her native New York, Gaga sat down with The Insider to talk babies ... specifically, when she wants them. So is Mother Monster ready to start her own brood of Little Monsters? "Someday. A long, long day from now," she admitted with a giggle.
The singer continued, "Music remains at the forefront of her mind right now. I wake up in the morning with tears in my eyes and I write new songs and I think about the future. I was born to make music; I was born to see out my artistic visions. That's what ['Born This Way'] is all about."
When the time comes, will it be Taylor Kinney that Gaga settles down and starts a family with? Only time will tell, but based on the pop star's recent trips to her beau's hometown to go house hunting it seems like a possibility!
