'X Factor' mastermind Simon Cowell has reportedly beefed up his offer to his U.K. show's superstar judge Kelly Rowland in the hopes that the singer will return for a second season.
Rumor has it that Cowell will double the former Destiny's Child member's current paycheck to keep her overseas for another season. Kelly could reportedly be looking at £1.5 million, about $2.3 million in the U.S., to grace the judges panel with her presence once again.
To put things into perspective, that's enough money to buy pregnant bestie Beyonce 442 more Swarovski crystal-encrusted baby bathtubs at $5,200 a pop for future Jayonce!
Kelly has already admitted that she's in search of a British beau over in the U.K., now it looks like she has some additional 'Motivation' to stay overseas!
