EXCLUSIVE: 'America's Got Talent' returns with 82-year-old singer with a shocking wild side

Age ain't nothing but a number!

"America's Got Talent" returns on Tuesday and Simon Cowell definitely got a wild welcome back to reality television when an 82-year-old contestant literally had the stiff-upper-lipped Brit's jaw on the floor.

Cowell, along with judges Heidi Klum, Howie Mandell, and Mel B., got quite a surprise when John Hetlinger, a former Navy pilot and program manager for the instrument that repaired the Hubble Space Telescope took the stage. The elderly gentlemen, who was clad in khakis and a white polo shirt, was joyful as he walked onto the stage and waves to the crowds as he yelled, "Hey, ya'll."

Hetlinger, who hails from Broomfield, Colo., told the judges that after all of his incredible jobs, getting onto "AGT" "would be the high point of his life and many careers."

And with that the judges let him rip...

That's when the adorable retiree started yelling, "Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor." The scary lyrics, of course, are from Drowning Pool's hit song "Bodies."

Hetlinger then burst into a blood-curling scream before he completely rocked out on stage, leaving the entire judging panel gobsmacked and the entire audience in disbelief. Many audience members got in on the action and started rocking out with him.

Hetlinger finished to a screaming crowd and cheers -- and the judges, were well, speechless.
